Our mid-size accounting firm is looking for an energetic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Firm Administrator and Payroll Processor. Our ideal candidate will have a background in business administration with a deep understanding of payroll functions. Skills/Abilities - Strong understanding of payroll and bookkeeping
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in ADP Payroll processing
Requirements - Provide assistance to Director of Client Services
- Document Management: Organizing and managing client documents, maintainingaccurate records, and ensuring all sensitive data is securely stored.
- Customer Service: Responding to client inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuringclient satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate client data, updating any changes in client information such asaddress and contact information.
- Project Organization: Coordinating and managing various tasks related to clientprojects ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Billing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments and following up on any overdue bills.
- Missing Information Follow-up: Checking all client documents for completeness andollowing up with clients to obtain any missing information including signed forms fortax return filing.
- Prepare and process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
