Role Description This is a full-time role for an Accounting Manager at Spicy Organic LLC located in New Delhi. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial reporting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, sales, and inventory. The Accounting Manager will also prepare financial statements, provide daily, monthly financial reports, and develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance Excellent. knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and experience with financial reporting frameworks such as Indian GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP Experience with accounting software and ERP systems Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage a team B Com, CA, ICWA, or other relevant certification preferred Experience in the food or agriculture industry a plus Employement Category:Employement Type: Full time Industry: Others Role Category: Finance / Accounts / Tax Functional Area: Not Applicable Role/Responsibilies: Accounting Manager
