The Role

How you'll shape the future:

Dive deep into our business and financial systems to guide decision-making and create a solid foundation for financial reporting.

Champion accuracy and completeness in financial accounting, ensuring we meet the highest standards and provide expert guidance to our team.

Review and ensure all entries and reconciliations align with accounting best practices while owning the preparation of key financial documentation.

Streamline our accounting processes to support our growth, making sure our systems can scale with us.

Lead the way in our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, maintaining a well-structured calendar and facilitating team communication.

Identify and overcome roadblocks, keeping our financial operations accurate and timely.

Collaborate across teams to improve our accounting accuracy and enhance our processes.

Revisit, refine, and create new processes and documentation for efficiency and compliance.

Work closely with external auditors in managing audit-related tasks.

Craft financial statements in compliance with industry standards.

Prepare detailed analyses of financial statement fluctuations as part of our monthly close.

Support the creation of external financial reports by ensuring that the necessary data is ready each month.

Mentor and support our accounting team members in their growth.

We're Seeking Individuals Who

Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have 8+ years of experience.

Are a CPA (this is a must).

Have experience with NetSuite.

Thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Are detail-oriented and can effectively communicate findings to leadership.

Possess extensive knowledge of US GAAP, especially in the tech industry.

Are excellent communicators, both in writing and verbally.

Stay cool under pressure and motivate their teams.

Are excited to collaborate with other teams to enhance our processes.

Have experience in similar roles, especially in a rapidly growing company. Public company experience is a bonus.
