WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Accounting Manager for its client based in Ortigas, Pasig City

This is for direct hiring and for a role.

Duties:
- The Accounting Manager is responsible for the overall management of the accounting department. This includes overseeing the preparation of group financial statements, managing the accounting personnel, and ensuring that the financial records are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is required.

- At least 6 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role.

- Proficient in PFRS and accounting standards.

- Knowledge in accounting software (Quickbooks) with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing accounting team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.

- Knowledge in Accounting, BIR/SEC regulations and other compliance requirements
