LINQM has been engaged to help a client with Senior AP Position. The right candidate has at least 4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience, working with with large ERP system, Experience with 3 way matching, Experience with Electronic Matching with Scanning and Workflow Application 

• Provide complex accounting support including data analysis and other tasks under limited supervision


• Lead, plan, and execute accounting projects


• Analyze and maintain vendor file


• Establish and follow processes for setting up suppliers, HCPs and employees in accordance with SOX. 


• Review and verify information for vendor set up to ensure accuracy and appropriate approvals have been obtained


• Key point of contact with vendors and internal customers


• Identify and resolve issues related to supplier set up through collaboration with both internal customers and external suppliers
