Our client, a thriving local business, has an immediate need for an accounts payable specialist. The A/P specialist will report directly to the accounting manager and will be primarily responsible for full-cycle accounts payable for multiple entities.
This accounting team boasts an incredibly low turnover, due mainly to well established processes, proactive management, and employee development. Duties include:
- Reviewing and processing accounts payable invoices.
- Matching invoices to the correct purchase orders.
- Recording payments.
- Preparing and processing weekly check runs.
- Reconciling expense reports.
- Maintaining relationships/communication with active vendors.
- Other duties, as assigned.
