As an Accounts Receivable Associate, will play a critical role in managing the financial transactions and relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection processing for a small volume of large transactions. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, robust organizational prowess, and the capacity for autonomous work while actively communicating with various internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing and Invoicing - Generate accurate and timely invoices, ensuring they're issued in accordance with contractual terms.
• Royalty Reporting - Compile and review developers' reports, ensuring accurate and detailed calculations of royalties due. Collaborate closely with developers to understand revenue streams and ensure timely and precise royalty distributions.
• Record Maintenance - Keep precise records of invoices, payments, and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Account Reconciliation - Perform account reconciliations, maintaining accuracy in financial records, including discrepancies and irregularities. Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• General Support - Respond to internal inquiries regarding invoice status and payment timelines. Work collaboratively with the producers and other departments and assist in the development and improvement of accounts receivable processes and controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education - Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Experience at least 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. Prior experience in the video games industry is advantageous.
• Technical Skills - Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite or equivalent) and advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Communication - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Independence and Collaboration - Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously, yet also a team player capable of effective collaboration in a remote setting.
