And, we can't operate smoothly without skilled accounting support behind our multi-million dollar operation, so we are seeking a new addition to join our team...specifically an accounting superstar with experience in general accounting duties and Accounts Receivable(link removed) Someone who is well-rounded and who is looking for an exciting change!

Responsibilities:

• Reconciles statements and schedules
• Review and verify all invoices for accuracy
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Records wires, transfers, deposits, and checks issued daily in proper accounting logs and software
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Provides additional administrative support as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in an automotive/logistics/transportation accounting office dealing with billing, A.R., or general accounting duties
• Solid Accounts Receivable experience needed
• Strong accounting background
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Energetic, Positive and Upbeat personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• Intermediate computer skills including extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to pass a detailed background check
• Knowledge of/Experience with Intact Accounting Software a big plus!
