Playing a pivotal role in the Accounting Department, the Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst will be responsible for billing, analytical tasks, and collaborative efforts. Emphasizing customer service and teamwork is essential for ensuring accurate invoicing and monthly revenue recognition. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and thrive in meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Please note that this role is remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements
Coordinate with other departments to maintain billing accuracy
Monitor account statuses and balances to identify discrepancies
Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Track accounts receivable aging
Keep clients informed about outstanding debts and deadlines
Prepare weekly collection reports
Assist with month-end billing closure
Create and present revenue analytical reports
Support various projects as required
Perform adjustments and corrective A/R related journal entries

Education, Work Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing, collections, and accounting, preferably in a corporate or auditor setting

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and cross-train in various accounting functions
High level of accuracy in data entry
Compensation:

$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
