Job Description for Remote Work Opportunity:

As a pivotal member of the Accounting Department, the Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst will undertake billing, analytical, and collaborative duties. Emphasizing customer service and teamwork, the role ensures precise invoicing and monthly revenue recognition. The Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst must possess a meticulous attention to detail and thrive in meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. This position is remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
Monitor account statuses and balances to identify discrepancies.
Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain records of accounts receivable aging.
Keep clients informed about outstanding debts and deadlines.
Compile and present collection reports weekly.
Perform month-end billing closure.
Prepare and deliver revenue analytical reports.
Assist with various projects as required.
Adjust and rectify A/R related journals.

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certificates:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing, collections, and accounting, preferably in a corporate or auditor setting.

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to different accounting tasks.
High level of accuracy in data entry.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
