Playing a pivotal role in the Accounting Department, the Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst will undertake billing, analytical, and collaborative responsibilities. Emphasizing customer service and teamwork, the role prioritizes accurate invoicing and timely revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be adept at working autonomously to meet strict deadlines. This position is remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy. Monitor account statuses and balances to detect discrepancies. Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve any disparities. Track accounts receivable aging. Keep clients informed about outstanding debts and deadlines. Compile and submit weekly collection reports. Handle month-end billing closure. Prepare and deliver revenue analysis reports. Assist with various projects as required. Adjust and rectify A/R-related journal entries. Please note that this job description may not encompass all duties and responsibilities. Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, collections, and corporate or auditor accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Capacity to multitask, learn quickly, and cross-train in various accounting functions Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy Compensation:
$60,000 to $65,000 per year.
