We are in search of a skilled and diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee our company's receivables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role is key to our financial operations and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, coordinating with customers to secure payment.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on accounts receivable status.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and support audit processes.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
