Job Description
JD:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with technology and business teams, preferably in a delivery role
- Is familiar with the ITIL processes Incident, Change and Problem Management
Technical skills:
- Has sufficient knowledge of Technologies such as AIX, Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL
- Knowledge on opensource and cloud technologies such as AWS would be a plus point given the banks strategy to move towards cloud
- Good to have knowledge & understanding of IT Infrastructure, Firewall, Web Server, JVMs
Soft skills:
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with business and technology stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work requirements (Late night/weekend MIMs, urgent business requirements, ability to work under pressure etc.)
- Self-starter and independent (Can propose ideas for service improvement/delivery, can make decisions on his/her own, follow up with different teams to progress BAU deliverables to closure)
Location: Mumbai/ Pune
Notice Period: immediate joiners to 30 days preferred
