ABOUT THE ROLE

The Legal Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal department. You will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks necessary to accomplish organization and department goals.


WHAT YOULL DO

  • Provide daily support to team members including complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings, word processing, and coordinating lengthy and complex document preparation.
  • Responsible for typing and modifying legal documents accurately and within requested timeframes for the Legal department, prioritizing work among assignments and meeting specific deadlines on projects.
  • Assist with contracts, create supporting documents, as well as format, proofread, and edit documents.
  • Develop and process a variety of documents using applicable software, such as mailings, forms, letters, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Maintain detailed and organized files for effective document management.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service in all internal and external interactions.
  • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
  • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Demonstrates the Clnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role or related.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
  • Skills/Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including word processing and proofreading skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively complete and prioritize multiple deadlines or projects.
    • Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships.
