This positon is coordinating in support of site leadership to ensure tasks related to the upkeep and effectiveness of site facilities and other shared resources are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to, site printers, shared computer kiosks, bulletin/boards/conference rooms, shared rooms (break room, etc,).



This position also supports the entire site in general help requests, and is the main point of contact with facilities for all janitorial and housekeeping issues.



Light administrative duties will also be expected to ensure the smooth running of both facilities – including note taking, conference room scheduling, food ordering, interview scheduling, visitor coordination, document retention/filing, travel scheduling and expense reporting for Site Leader.



Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Planning meetings and events, including coordinating with partners such as Facilities, HR, Marketing, EHS, IT, and outside vendors.

  • Assist in coordinating required events such as visiting auditors, set up for Kaizen events or other major meeting events.

  • Work closely with Facilities and EHS to swiftly resolve issues with the office, supplies, furniture, kitchen/restroom issues, etc.

  • As needed scheduling meetings, managing expense reports, setting travel arrangements

  • Take notes and retain and store document needed for the effective tracking of actions and deadlines.


Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills

  • Results driven and ability to complete tasks on time, within cost and quality expectations

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate with functions across the site (IT, Facilities, Eng, Mfg, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Trusted to manage confidential information

  • High School Diploma. College or other business related coursework a plus.

  • Fluent in Microsoft office tools

  • Able to learn other applications as needed in order to support the sites

  • Strong customer service attitude, professional and respective to all employees and external partners
