A small luxury travel agency located in downtown Honolulu, HI.
Job Description
Full service travel agency specializing in luxury cruises seeks a full time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Specialist to assist with the processing and fulfillment of the travel arrangements offered its clientele. Requires communication with vendors and clientele through telephone and email as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Tasks include setting up customer files in hard copy and CRM database; researching and procuring flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel arrangements; researching and responding to client travel needs; management of all aspects of client's travel plans in order to assure a seamless travel experience.
Position reports to the President and Vice President of the firm and supports the processing and fulfillment of the travel product sold by the President and Vice President.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:45 pm. (45 minute lunch break)
Office is located downtown Honolulu
Qualifications
* 1+ years Administrative Assistant experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM databases preferred.
* Phone experience preferred.
* Travel industry experience preferred.
