FICS is searching for an Administrative Assistant Technical Services who practices a team-player mindset, enjoys serving others, and can work autonomously to accurately process/handle highly-sensitive materials with the utmost sense of security/confidentiality, in a fast-paced environment(link removed)>

The FICS Administrative Assistant Technical Services team member plays an integral role in directly impacting the customer experience when performing receptionist duties as part of a normal rotation. The role performs clerical support to the Chief Risk Officer for software distribution and internal controls, backs up the receptionist, provides administrative support for the Technical Support Manager, and provides other general administrative support in other areas of the company, as requested.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience preferred(link removed)>
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and exhibit the utmost respect for handling information with security and confidentiality(link removed)>
• Superior time-management and organization skills to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines(link removed)>
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills are a must (spelling, grammar, business correspondence formats).
• Proficiency with operating computers and computer software including, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as the ability to learn other software used by FICS.
• Experience with Cloudberry, WinSCP, and Adobe preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes of paper, files, etc.
