We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks. There are Full and Part Time positions available Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
