Duties:
Review and process online appointment requests from the clients
Answers phone calls and relay phone calls and messages
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Update service orders and cancellations on a weekly basis, and report to the manager
Coordinate with the Manager for the requisition of supplies
Contact clients to confirm the orders
Prepare invoices and accept payments
Maintain clients information
File, copy, tax, e-mail, and prepare correspondence
Other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
Wages: $27.75/hr. for 40 hrs./week
Location of work: New Westminster, BC

Job requirements:
Completion of High School is required.
1-year administrative experience is required.
Organized with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities with ease.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
