Royal Business Group, LLC. Is seeking an Administrative Manager in Orlando, FL. Duties include: Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. Provide training and orientation for new staff. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies. Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of the organization. Develop operational standards and procedures for the work unit or department. Manage paper or electronic filing systems by recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records or correspondence. Meet with other departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives, as well as make decisions about personnel, resources, and space or equipment needs. Calculate costs of materials, overhead, and other expenses, based on estimates, quotations, and price lists. Requires: four (4) years of work experience as an administrative or operational manager or related. Experience with management of personnel and resources, experience developing procedures, and experience with financial reports. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access.
