The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction tothe inpatient nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.The selected candidate will oversee departmental operations, develop strategies to enhance quality and safety, and mentor nursing staff in professional growth and development.
The Administrative Nurse Director will possess an RN license or the ability to obtain one upon hire. The Administrative Nurse Director will have progressive leadership experience within the acute care setting and excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
