What Are We Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with:

Proven administrative support experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and document editing abilities.
HR and bookkeeping proficiency, preferably in QuickBooks.
Marketing and compliance knowledge.
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operations, assisting in maintaining systems and processes.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and oversee office maintenance for a safe and functional work environment.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
Act as the human resources point of contact, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage daily, monthly, and annual bookkeeping functions and financial reporting in QuickBooks.
Execute marketing tasks through outbound email campaigns and other initiatives.
Ensure compliance in key areas such as accounting, human resources, and safety.
