Job Description: Supplier Intake Questions:

What is a day in the life like for the person in this role? Front desk receptionist greet guest, checking in visitors, conference room set up and breakdown for client visitors. Coordinate and work with caterers and vendors. Be able to work office equipment in AV.

JOB SUMMARY:

Receptionist greet guests, check in visitors per Amex Security guidelines
Light set up and take down tables, chairs for Client events must be able to carry (X-awaiting the perimeters) pounds
Coordinate and work with catering & vendors for onsite events
Liaison with Landlord/Property Management on building access, emergency requests etc.
Facilities duties report issues to Facilities Service Desk, meet with vendors or Property Management
Coordinate with Amex Security for new badges
Ability to work office equipment and AV
Professional, friendly, customer focused, attention to details and desire to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
