WWC Global is seeking an Administrative Support Analyst to assist with operations supporting the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Operate in a complex Chief Financial Officer organization and use knowledge of federal Government budgeting / financial lexicon, the federal budget calendar, and federal CFO operations.
  • Support senior leaders in a fast-paced budgeting environment with short timelines and /or shifting priorities.
  • Assisting the Chief of Staff and front office team with planning and coordination of OCFO front office tasks
  • Assisting in the development of the CFO, DCO and front office leadership schedules, calendars, and day-to-day plans.
  • Supporting the front office team in devising plans to meet unusual requirements or reacting to unanticipated changes.
  • Tracking assigned tasks and due dates by maintaining the tasking database and spreadsheets as applicable
  • Reviewing incoming correspondences, publications, regulations, policies, and directives that may affect the CFO, DCFO or OCFO organization.
  • Making all necessary arrangements for conferences and meetings including estimating audio and visual conferencing requirements.
  • Drafting, formatting and preparing in final form a variety of documents, correspondences, and briefings in support of the government PM and other senior leaders.
  • Rewriting portions of technical materials to ensure the information is presented in a meaningful way.
  • Composing standard operating procedures for a variety of activities as directed.
  • Assisting the Government in coordinating, preparing, and developing virtual and /or physical conferences, and activities including preparing agendas, compiling, and assembling background information for documents or final reports, on an as needed basis.
  • Support the logistics of multiple large virtual offsites per year and compose summary notes.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to work in confined areas.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree //OR// 3+ years experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment and supporting senior executive leadership or similar.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support including developing or managing multiple projects in support of senior leaders or teams.
  • Ability to develop/review point papers, briefing materials, and other technical documents for all levels of management.
  • Ability to review, synthesize and prepare highly technical, sensitive, and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives and correspondence.
  • Direct experience managing calendars and/or schedules for multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
  • Direct experience assisting with the coordination of large-scale events including drafting of agendas, preparation of background information for documents or final reports.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or relevant field.
  • Active DHS Suitability.
  • Direct experience supporting a government or military finance division, department, or agency.
  • Experience working with tasker systems and task tracking.
