The Administrative Support will assist in the onboarding of new contractors, the maintenance of valid licenses/certifications for our current staff, support the recruitment process and schedule therapists to complete assessments. In addition, this person will provide welcoming packets and onboarding of new clients. This is a full-time position AND temp to hire!



Duties consist of but not limited to:



• Assist the Recruitment Specialist in the data entry of candidates into a tracking system and note their step in the recruitment process

• Support the Recruitment Specialist in the on-boarding process of new providers/employees; for example:

• Provide the candidate with onboarding/new hire paperwork

• Follow up with candidates regarding their status and throughout their on-boarding process/completion of paperwork

• Updating the tracking system when paperwork is submitted by the candidate

• Verifying paperwork, licenses/certifications of new personnel

• Notifying the respective office when the new provider is orientation ready and coordinating their orientation date

• Data entry of the new provider’s information into Sunguard (Human Resources database) with strong attention to detail in an accurate and efficient manner

• Creating, filing and maintaining personnel files (onboarding paperwork, licenses and etc.)

• Notifying personnel when their business licenses, professional licenses or TB tests will expire and updating their file

• Scheduling therapists to conduct assessments within the client’s home 

• Other duties as assigned. 



Minimum Requirements:



• Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Two years of administrative and data entry experience

• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external personnel

• Great follow-through skills

• Must have attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with HR applications

• Knowledge of Onboarding processes such as employment verification processes, background investigations, offer letters and data entry

• Previous experience in scheduling employees/therapists is a PLUS 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
