Position: Administrative Support

Job Summary:
Operational Services Division is looking for a candidate to support administrative tasks within the Sourcing Department.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and editing documents.
- Creating forms and templates.
- Verifying cross references and hyperlinks, and ensuring that formatting is consistent and accessible.
- In addition, the candidate will assist with the creation of an online filing system.
Requirements:
- Should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills are a plus.
