We are hiring for a part-time remote Admissions Counselor to join our dynamic team and interview impressive global applicants for our online, modern MBA and Executive MBA degree programs. Must have experience interacting with high-achieving professionals, a minimum of a bachelors degree, and an eagerness to learn. Rate: $30/hr, 15-25 hours per week.
Candidates should excel in interpersonal roles and possess superior presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, polished, and upbeat communicator who is comfortable speaking with senior-level executives and entrepreneurs while representing the Quantic brand.
This is a part-time position in which employees can be based anywhere in the U.S. Admissions Counselors report to an Admissions Counselor Manager and are in a probationary period for the first two admissions cycles (about 90 days). We ask that you apply only if you consistently have at least 15-20 hours/week to contribute towards this work, as well as a functioning device that meets the minimum systems requirements listed below.
Duties
- Conduct phone or video applicant interviews
- Maintain expertise on Quantic program offerings and convey information to applicants
- Maintain rapport with interviewees and foster excitement throughout the admissions process
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. Physical residence in the U.S.
- Bachelors degree required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport
- Comfort and experience with a multicultural client base or work environment
- Self-starter; growth and results-oriented
- Ability to consistently work a shift of hours
Preferred Qualification
- MBA or other graduate-level or higher degree
- Experience working in high-performance standard, driven, and team-oriented environment
- Occasionally contribute off-shift availability during evenings and weekends

Interview Steps
- Submit completed application ensuring all requirements are met
- Video record answers to two question (entire process should take under 15 minutes)
- 20-min. Zoom meeting with the Head of people
- 30-min. Zoom meeting with members of the Admissions Team
