Advice Product Mgr
The Advice Product Manager job is part of the management of end-to-end investment products, in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and value of the service. This job may guide the investment leadership and relationship management discussion about the shape and content of the investment product portfolio delivered by the organization. This job is part of a team of professionals focused on the creation and management of product, promotion, communication, distribution strategies and programs designed to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Supports oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.
- Provides input on structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams.
- Provides monitoring efforts of governance matters with various private fund boards and internal committees relating to product development and administration.
- Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members.
- Knowledge of agile development and JIRA work tools a plus.

- University (Degree) Preferred

- Partners across the Advice Integration and Methodology team to ensure that resources are appropriately aligned against business and development objectives.
- Will develop relationships with key Digital and Client Experience partners to ensure alignment of evolving client experience and the modularization of advice capabilities.
- Prior experience with financial planning applications strongly desired
- Exceptional communication skills required
Required Qualification
3 or more years of product or project management experience in financial services
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills preferred
- Knowledge and/or understanding of wealth management products preferred
- Demonstrated ability to organize and managed complex initiatives

Base Pay Range: $85,000/yr. - $135,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
