A little about the role...

The ChildPlus University Advisor will be responsible for the selling and logistics of all the training and consulting services for the department.

What You'll Do:

• Provide information to customers to assist in determining appropriate training and consulting needs
• Maintain registrations and agreements for all training services including Learning Plans, virtual visits, webinars, courses, and conference events
• Assist in managing the schedule for virtual and on-site visits
• Generate contracts and oversee follow-up communication with customers
• Responsible for daily monitoring of training and consulting services
• Monitor department customer chat

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Prior experience selling a service
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
• Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
• Prides themselves in having excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Nice to have HubSpot experience

Additional Requirements:

• Travel 3-5 times per year for company meetings and conferences
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
