Part-Time After School Robotics Instructor

The job starts in January 2020, training in December. Afternoons only.

Position Summary:

RoboThink is looking for energetic, patient, and friendly after-school class instructors to teach our robotics and coding program. After school classes have 8-12 students per class and last approx. 1-1.5 hours. We’re looking tor smart, creative, and fun instructors!

Qualifications of the Part-Time Teacher:

-Knowledge of robotics/coding is not necessary, but some experience or proficiency in a STEM field is preferred

-Prior experience working with children in a learning environment is preferred

-Passion for educating K-7 children

-must be able to drive to classes in Westchester

-Must be available 2-3 afternoons/week from approx. 2:30-4PM Monday to Friday during the 2020 school year.

-Training will be provided to all instructors

Experience:

-Childcare/Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
