Aftersales Compliance Manager

The Aftersales Compliance Manager will be responsible for the implementation, management and aggregation of reports necessary to comply with local and federal regulatory requirements in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This individual will be responsible for analysis of multiple data points, including both open and closed repair orders, customer complaints, warranty claims and technical bulletins in order to evaluate the Grenadiers market performance and strategy. Supporting INEOS Automotive in the pursuit of constant improvement towards the goals of product quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Setup, manage and monitor regulatory reporting
  • Retail Partner support
  • Assist global warranty team in the development and maintenance of warranty reporting improvement
  • Provide regulatory and compliance training to key stakeholders
  • Identification of wider product issues and contingency plan roll-out
  • Customer communications

What we are looking for:

  • Significant Aftersales & Operational automotive experience, which could include vehicle manufacturer or wider motor trade experience
  • Recognisable regulatory and or analytical qualification or experience based equivalent
  • Broad experience, in many, if not all Automotive & Aftersales disciplines
  • Very strong drive for continuous improvement a Kaizen mentality
  • Ability to work in both office and field-based teams with a customer focused & service excellence approach

The right candidate will preferably come from an automotive aftersales background, have strong analytical skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and wear many different hats

It is a pre-requisite that the successful candidate be based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.
