About:
Alchemy Worx is an audience management agency specializing in email marketing and SMS marketing. The agency offers businesses advanced marketing services, utilizing time-tested methods, and procedures to secure a higher rate of customer retention and acquisition.

Role:
The Agency Sales Representative role is for someone who is passionate about selling and growth. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential prospects, providing them with the information and insights they need about our strategies and processes to drive new business for the agency. This will be a hybrid role for NYC-based candidates.

What Youll Do:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base
  • Effectively present Alchemy Worx's services to potential customers, highlighting value proposition
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key long-term major prospects
  • Develop and align with team on sales strategies, objectives, and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and utilizing the system effectively for reporting, analysis, and improved customer relationship management
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and optimize sales
  • Continuously update sales-related knowledge and skills through ongoing training, workshops, and self-learning
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and offerings to proactively address customer concerns and position the company's services as superior
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of marketing agency or SaaS sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence purchasing decisions and close deals effectively
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and strategies, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations
  • Ability to take an analytical approach to sales and make data driven decisions
  • Should demonstrate a passion for marketing and technology
  • Strong work ethic, skilled at prioritizing and managing time; Comfortable with tight deadlines; organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
