As an Agile Logistics Operations Junior Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving logistics projects, securing operational excellence under the Agile Team, and delivering toward the logistics stakeholder's requests.

What will you be doing:

Translate the logistics business purpose into concrete subprojects, steps and tasks, according to our stakeholders' calendarization
Gather and maintain visibility of logistics operational execution towards the team & stakeholders to help drive the execution of these steps
Set up routines to make sure progress is tracked and risks are highlighted on time
Lead & coordinate activities of the team
Responsibility for all people-related activities for your team (trainings, absence, holidays, people topics, process escalations, performance reviews, )
Work in a quickly changing environment, without a pre-defined process, continuous improvement on a ever changing process
Coordination of internal Order Taking, Inventory Deployment and Transport Planning teams' activities related to export Agile shipments
Align with commercial teams around the world on current portfolio offers, new innovations, and build new routes to market to support their commercial agenda
What you'll bring:

1-2 years experience in leading teams in an operational environment
Experience in working in an international business environment, logistics experience is a big plus
Experience in working with Microsoft Office
Spanish/Portuguese is not mandatory but is considered an advantage
Result oriented
Need to understand to bigger picture: end-to-end process view
Agile, project management and solution-driven mindset
Can work independently on given tasks, as well as boost team cooperation
Create team vision, boost engagement & follow up on People Cycle routines & activities, by empowering the team members
Mobility: Projects can be situated over the whole world = High mobility required: 15-20% of the time abroad
