Works closely with Scrum Masters and participates in Agile activities and ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective to ensure that the team is working on the stories that maximize business value and deliver critical functionality to all stakeholders. Performs Gap analysis on customer data fields using best practices, identifying gaps and proposing recommended controls. Efficiently analyzes datasets and identifies anomalies. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of modern analytical and modeling techniques. Helps negotiate priorities among stakeholders and works with the team on management of actionable stories and removal of any blockers. Creates dashboards and performs ad hoc analysis for stakeholders which helps them determine the usefulness and impact of delivered features. Collaborates with other product owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Program/Product Managers to identify cross-team dependencies and risks. Serves as a subject matter expert for CRM applications by supporting business readiness activities including business acceptance and production simulation to ensure results meet the business needs.
The experience and education requirements are:
4 years of IT experience. Must also have experience with: working with agile scrum teams; working with SQL/NoSQL databases for enhanced data querying/manipulation; data analysis and statistical modelling using R and Python; and CI/CD.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (the employer will accept a 3- or 4-year degree)
