Our client in Central Florida has created a new position and is in immediate need of an Agile Project Manager with SaaS integration experience to lead in this fast-paced, full time (Direct Hire) position. T



This is a remote (work from home) position working east coast business hours. Candidates MUST currently live in the USA!

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing data-driven, enterprise class services projects for client integration engagements. You will work with multiple integrations teams to manage service delivery through exceptional planning, measurement, tracking, reporting, and communication processes.



 



Your principal responsibilities will include:



·        Program and project management of client integration projects, ensuring all projects are planned, measured, and tracked according to the defined integration and service delivery processes



·        Provide program management of multiple simultaneous projects across multiple integration teams, managing team prioritization and allocation for both active and on-deck clients



·        Measure and manage work-in-progress (WIP) levels across teams and lead backlog prioritization processes to support planning, delivery of business value and continued client satisfaction



·        Maintain, track, and report on all integration projects.



·        Ensure time tracking and data integration consultant utilization objectives are managed and maintained



·        Work with Sales and Finance to develop statements-of-work (SOWs) and consulting team availability estimates for future service engagements



·        Promote internal and external cross-functional collaboration while managing multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced, client-responsive environment



 



To be considered for this new and mission-critical position you must have the following:



·        Bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred, in a technical discipline



·        7+ years of consulting experience with at least 3 of those years in a project management role



·        Experience with technical data integration technologies and processes including estimation, planning, data discovery, data alignment, scoping, integration and testing, documentation, training and project sign-off



·        Experience integrating and/or project managing SaaS-based software products



·        Successful execution of technical service engagements using Agile and lean methods



·        Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills



·        Data-oriented and personally driven to use data to inspect and adapt plans and processes



·        Self-motivated, self-starter that maintains a positive attitude



·        Excellent time management and organizational skills, driven to multi-task



·        Understand consulting project budgeting and financial management



·        Power user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)



·        PMI ACP or IAPM certification required
