Our client is the worlds leader in portable ex-vivo perfusion and assessment of donor organs for transplantation. The company was founded to address the need for more and better organs for transplantation and is focused on transforming the standard of care increasing organ utilization, improving patient outcomes, and reducing transplant costs throughout the health care system.

They are currently recruiting for anAircraft Sourcing Specialistin Andover, MA.

What Is In It For You

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000/yr

Position Type: Permanent - Full-time

Requirements

  • Source private aircraft that fit the requirements and preferences of the company, ensuring optimal pricing and specifications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with operators and the team.
  • Ensure all legal, safety, and company specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless transaction processes. Submit signed quotes and W-9 to accounting for operator payments.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on each missions needs, considering budget, range, aircraft size, and amenities.
  • Attend industry events to maintain and expand the network and enhance knowledge.
  • Manage and update the company & private aircraft database regularly.
  • Manage and update the required documentation for approved vendors.
  • Address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.
  • Performs tasks and duties.

Background and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or aviation preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in private aircraft sourcing or aviation brokerage.
  • Established a network within the aviation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong personal and work ethics, along with a high level of integrity.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
  • Must be able to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools and aptitude to learn company software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 365/24/7 operation - must be willing to work nights, weekends, and Holidays if required.
