Alliance Client Executive, Associate Director ServiceNow Functional CE, Integrated Risk Management

Our Business Development function brings together business, sector, and account knowledge along with EY competencies and solutions to meet unique client needs. The Business Development Organization shapes and drives an integrated growth strategy across EYs largest accounts, industry sectors, solutions, and services, while demonstrating and achieving market leadership through a client centric culture.

The opportunity

As a ServiceNow Alliance Client Executive (CE) focused on Risk, youll be influential in driving the pursuit of new business, maintaining existing business and developing relationships at our Alliance partner. Youll be a market facing, subject matter expert focused on the Alliance business development strategy, deployment and managing the strategic relationship with our Alliance partner(s). Youll be identifying opportunities directly with clients to grow the joint alliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Alliance CE, youll be responsible for leading the Alliance business development activity by delivering against defined pipeline targets and sales goals. Youll build relationships with top priority clients for alliance targeting and drive revenue directly in the market. Youll be the subject matter expert on the EY-ServiceNow alliance program and joint value proposition with a specific focus on Risk and Integrated Risk Management, executing education and awareness campaigns internally with EY colleagues and at the alliance leadership level across all sectors and service lines. Youll manage the alliance company stakeholders by driving innovation for solution co-development and strategy with the alliance. Approximately 80% of your time will be externally focused, actively engaging with your client(s), EY account and EY industry leadership. Additional time will be spent on strategy and management initiatives.

Your ability to develop and build networks will be instrumental in connecting with colleagues across the leadership team and service lines to drive a coordinated market effort. Possessing natural coaching skills, youll inspire others with your actions in the market. Youll be a trusted advisor to the Alliance partner and the account team, acting in a consultative manner. Youll be the catalyst that pulls stakeholders together to drive strategic initiatives and enable revenue growth.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 10-12+ years of quota carrying business development experience in professional services and solutions
  • Must have 3+ years of experience selling ServiceNow software.
  • Must have experience specifically with the ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Experience in sales pursuit activities (prospecting, discovery, qualification) involving ServiceNow powered business solutions.
  • Understanding and insight into the nature of critical services and the regulatory interaction models within financial firms
  • A proven record of selling complex digital, technology and/or managed services solutions to the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and influencing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of EYs Alliances, products, and services
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and account information
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market models including social media
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict
  • A University/Bachelors Degree

  • Ability to travel

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $203,700 to $380,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $244,400 to $432,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Youll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
