About this Role

Our company is rapidly growing, and as part of that growth, we are looking for an organized and experienced Amazon Merchandiser(link removed) This person will serve as the link between our Amazon marketplace and the internal Glorious marketing team. They will take ownership of all Amazon product listings, marketing activities, and any special promotions or events.

This position reports to the Director of North American Sales. The person in this role will work most closely with our marketing teams, and also support the rest of our Amazon-focused team.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role is $40,000-60,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographical location.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Glorious catalog on Amazon and take responsibility for the completion of/any updates to product descriptions, copywriting, titles, or other product information
• Create and maintain Amazon promotional calendar
• Coordinate with our marketing team to create and schedule marketing initiatives, including social media promotions, customer engagement campaigns, live streaming events, and A/B tests
• Coordinate with marketing to create and implement new visual assets on product pages (including product photos, graphics, and video)
• Research and implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility of Glorious products in Amazon search and increase overall performance
• Monitor closely, collect data from, and report on the success of all marketing, A/B test, and product launch initiatives
• Monitor and report on the activity of marketplace competitors
• Proactively suggest new initiatives that will drive sales, engage customers, and increase visibility of the Glorious brand on Amazon

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to schedule at least four (4) hours of overlap with CST working hours daily
• Professional fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience in a role focused primarily on Amazon merchandising and/or marketing
• 3+ years of experience with product copywriting, SEO, A/B testing, and other tactics used to improve the organic search presence of products or a brand
• Experience managing/coordinating multiple projects and launches at once
• Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams to coordinate and direct efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong bias toward action and taking initiative
• Experience using tools to collect and analyze data for sales trends and areas of opportunity
• Experience with (and ideally a passion for) gaming and PC peripherals
