L7 Analyst (Coops)
Description
- Perform and complete period, quarter, and annual closing for all Coop locations: NEHF, EPIC and PNB financial statements
- Review and analyze results including eliminations and complete HFM schedules each period
- Prepare and review Coop journal entries to ensure accurate financials
- Prepare and review periodic balance sheet reconciliations and schedules
- Build relationships with Coop Finance teams to manage timely submission of periodic results
- Maintain an adequate control environment and work closely with the PNB auditors
- Support Sr. Manager with consolidated Coop results, including analytics, & other ad hoc requests
- Lead Coops audits and special projects to improve overall team process improvements/automation and Identify areas of opportunity for automation and simplification
- Support the Coop locations for business and productivity initiatives, legal entity reporting, and ad-hoc requests, etc. Support Manager with PGT initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated increasing degree of responsibility in a role or organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, i.e., use of VLOOKUP, logical statements, use of pivot tables.
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems including Oracle, Hyperion, and Business Objects
- A proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions, interact effectively with all levels of personnel and work independently
