Twilio, Inc. seeks Analyst, Revenue Operations Analytics in San Francisco, CA

Job Duties: Partner with Sales Leaders, FP&A, and Analytics stakeholders to deliver sales forecasting , productivity insights, and quotas. Report to Twilio's Senior Manager - Revenue Operations Analytics. Act as a management consultant helping Twilio to clarify fast-moving strategic priorities, influence executive decision making and help tackle operational challenges. Create and support "single source of truth" reports and dashboards for Sales, help resolve dashboard and data reporting issues. Provide insights for Business and Operating Reviews. Build automated processes to streamline the collection of data and transformation into meaningful performance metrics, Maintain SFDC data hygiene and opportunity reporting. Assist with execution of key work streams in annual planning and in-year planning revisions. Telecommuting Permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or closely related quantitative discipline and 1 year of experience in Revenue Operations Analytics, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Special Skills:
(1) Salesforce tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning framework;
(2) SQL tools, including SQL Subqueries, CTE, and Window Functions;
(3) Tableau, including Calculated Fields and LOD Expression;
(4) Machine Learning, using Python sklearn, R caret, R Tidyverse, Tidymodels, ANOVA Test, Chi-squared, and Lilliefors; and
(5) DCF Models within Finance.

Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Education, experience & criminal background checks will be conducted.

Salary: $116,646 - $119,520 per year.
