Kantar Graduate Program
is a two-year-program, which consists of development modules, mentorship, challenging assignments and on-the-job learning. During the two years you will be trained across at least three of our different specialist practises, in Brand, Innovation, Media, Creative and Analytics. This will allow you to build expertise across the different domains at Kantar. If you are passionate to begin your career in market research industry, this is an entry level role to the industry, which enables you to develop strong foundations in insights-based consulting.

An
Analyst
is responsible for learning the brand offer and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations and reports, manage projects and engage clients.

You will be actively involved in project management and administration of the end to end of a research project to create meaningful impact on our clients business. We will develop your analysis and research expertise and expose you to client management and consultancy experience.

We are looking for graduates from local Universities or Polytechnics who possess a strong passion and enthusiasm for strategic consumer insights, who are highly organized and enjoy working with data. Strong communication and presentation skills will be key to the success of this role.
