Analyst or Senior Analyst, Cardholder Benefits Management

Overview

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of technology solutions and services to drive consumer engagement. As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, this role will be accountable for supporting the day to day management of external vendors that are critical to our benefits solutions. This important position will track key performance indicators from service providers, track and analyze performance metrics and SLAs, manage the budget and expenses for the Cardholder Services team and coordinate billing between regional and global stakeholders.

The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across global and regional Cardholder Services teams, Operational Excellence, Finance and Technology to gather, aggregate and disseminate relevant information. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, energetic, eager to learn and highly motivated and, fantastic communication skills are essential for success!

Role

  • Ensure that reporting systems are accurate and up to date (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Develop comprehensive monthly analysis of KPIs deriving insights and making recommendations, based on data from multiple sources
  • Ensure that quarterly billing process runs smoothly, from timely gathering required supporting documentation to ensuring POs are funded and accruals/approvals executed
  • Ensure cadence of performance reviews with external providers is executed as planned, create template, and ensure they are filled and accurately reported
  • Responsible for tracking expenses and revenue actuals and forecast, proactively identifying business risks to goals
  • Represent Cardholder Services team on Studio Process, engaging subject matter experts when needed

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to gather and analyze data, use insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker, not afraid to ask questions, challenge status quo and seek solutions that balance multiple points of view.
  • Enthusiastic team member, eager to partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment
  • Expertise with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Proven track record working managing reports, KPIs, roadmaps, key deliverables
  • Solid excel skills are a must

In line with Mastercards total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $77,000 - $123,000 USD
