Need to move everything, new versions of IDEs
This role will take every production level script and test in the new environment
Some business acumen to know what the script is doing
Know order of operations within each language
Someone who has built scripts not just tested
Automation is not the focus for the role
Likely someone with 5-8+ years of exp
