Job Description :

• As a Tech Lead, you should have minimum 2 full time implementation experience in Anaplan. Preferred is the Incentive Compensation Management Model, Sales & Quota Model.
• Ability to support the existing model and drive conversations with customers independently.
• Well versed with any issue/defect management tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
• Ability to respond within SLAs.
• Excellent communication from a customer standpoint. Ability to perform stakeholder management.
• Ability to perform the root cause of the problem and come up with a consulting approach towards tactical and strategic solution.
• Well versed with Anaplan lists, modules, optimization techniques, ALM, testing and documentation.
• Experience in managing mid-size team (5-7) is preferred
