A health system in North Carolina is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team of mission-driven providers.

Schedule:

• 7 on, 7 off preferred
• Clinic Monday through Friday 07:00-15:00
• Call beginning at 15:00 each day
• 24-hour call shifts on the weekend
• Weekend call coverage is 15:00 Friday to 07:00 Monday

Practice Setting:

• 81-bed hospital
• 175 surgical cases per month
• Avg admissions/day: 7-10
• Avg admissions/night: 4

Cases and Procedures:

• Must be able to start surgery within 30 minutes of call back
• Shared epidural call with CRNAs
• No ICU/Critical Care duties
• Bread and butter surgical cases: General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, /OB-Gyn, Optometry, and Pediatric Dental, Endoscopy (pediatrics > age 2)
• No robotic or vascular surgery

Travel and Accommodations:

• Lodging and travel is provided
• 48 miles to nearest international airport
