We are a 40-year-old Financial Planning Services company that believes Financial Planners should be doing what they are trained to do Helping customers secure their financial future, NOT administrative work.

We have a highly unique, proven sales system that requires ZERO prospecting. We do not provide "leads", we provide "Appointments". Not just appointments with prospects, but appointments with "existing clients", which means we have already eliminated the credibility barrier for you. These clients are not only expecting you, but they look forward to meeting with you!

We are looking for a select few highly qualified Insurance Agents and/or Financial Planners to work with our existing client base selling annuities. While we do offer a host of senior market insurance products which may provide you with ancillary income potential, the primary focus of this position is on the sale of financial products for estate and income planning purposes.

Here are the qualifications we are seeking in our ideal candidate:

  • Active Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 or ChFC Equivalent: You must have one of these licenses or designations, demonstrating your proficiency in financial services.
  • Clean U4 (if currently registered): If you are currently registered in the financial industry, a clean U4 record is required.
  • Proven Sales Ability: You should have a demonstrated track record of successfully selling insurance products and/or investment strategies using a needs-based approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential for this role.
  • Ethical Judgment: Approach clients with sound financial and ethical judgment, ensuring the best interests of the clients are always prioritized.
  • Self-Starter and Problem Solver: We seek candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of solving complex financial challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Possess advanced listening, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
  • Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) Designation: Either already have or be willing to obtain this designation, demonstrating your commitment to expertise in retirement income planning.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel to meet with qualified clients, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
