Full time experienced apartment Maintenance Supervisor for apartment community in Roseville.

 

All applicants must have a valid driver's license

Maintenance Supervisor must have prior experience in supervising a small staff, know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, troubleshooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable and organized. Must be HVAC certified. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the manager.

Must live within 20 minutes of property.
