WHAT YOU’LL DO...
• Respond to a variety of daily maintenance requests efficiently and accurately.
• Be committed to people by listening to the needs of our residents and teammates with the goal of providing an exceptional resident experience every day.
• Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities and office are ready to WOW customers at all times.
• Work well under pressure and have experience with electricity, plumbing, carpentry, repair HVAC’s, troubleshoot various appliance problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency requests from residents.
• Have a willingness to learn and take advantage of opportunities to receive EPA and CPO certifications.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 4 year(s): Maintenance, Mechanical or HVAC experience in Apartments
• Proven knowledge and success in the area of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry and OSHA standards

EDUCATION REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or Equivalent or better

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Driver’s License

PREFERRED
• HVAC Universal
• Electrician
• CAMT
• Journeyman Plumber

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Problem Solving
• Customer Service
• Communication - Written
• Communication - Verbal

REQUIRED
• Hand tools and work truck or van.
• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
• Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest
