CXC Talent Solutions is currently seeking to hire IMMEDIATELY in Garland, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have experience completing all different tasks according and pertaining but not limited to each position. You must be highly organized, able to work on a team, be resident focused, and retain excellent communication skills. Individual must have a passion for quality and service.

We are seeking to fill the following positions:

- Resident Concierge

Basic Job Description:

Delivers an exceptional experience to all current and future residents

Handles lease renewals in a timely manner

Entering results data into a computer system

Resident Communications

Requirements:

Multi-family Experience preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be a Self-Starter and a Go Getter!

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED


• College Degree is preferred

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Standing


• Walking,


• Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel


• Reach with hands and arms


• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl


• Talk and hear


• Ability to lift: Up to 50 pounds


• Interaction with co-workers, residents and vendor

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver License


• Reliable transportation


• Able to work indoors/outdoors on different climate conditions


• Have proper clothing/accessories for different climate conditions and job duties


• Able to work independently


• Able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors to the facility


• Bilingual a plus
