General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Apartment Service Supervisor in the Richmond, VA area!

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on supervision and administration of the Service Department
• Oversee the service staff while ensuring prime physical condition of the community
• Provide prompt customer service to Residents
• Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures
• Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities
• Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed

Requirements

To be a top candidate:

• Must have at least three years experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
• Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
